Job Description
As Technical Services Executive, you will lead the scale-up of new products from lab to plant, manage technical transfer activities including laboratory demonstrations and process safety studies, and ensure timely start-up with successful trial and validation batches for PDS/MMBB. You will assess process feasibility, implement modifications, and coordinate pilot and larger-scale projects. Prepare HAZOP and campaign reports, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment suitability assessments, and mass and energy balances. Provide project cost and operational proposals, perform facility mapping for confirmed and high-probability projects, and verify project feasibility to support safe and efficient production launches.
