Job Description

The Restaurant Captain leads front-of-house operations, supervising servers and bartenders to deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role manages reservations and seating, coordinates service with kitchen staff, enforces safety and hygiene standards, and handles guest concerns with professionalism and tact.

• Supervise and mentor service team; ensure consistent service standards
• Manage reservations, floor plans, and shift coordination
• Work closely with kitchen leadership to optimize service flow
• Require strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant
