Job Description
IHCL invites applications for a Team Professional in Food & Beverage at Taj Palace, New Delhi. The role supports daily service operations, delivers coordinated guest service, maintains quality and hygiene standards, manages stock control, and assists in training junior staff. Candidates must hold a hospitality diploma or equivalent and have 1–3 years of F&B experience in upscale hotels. Strong English communication and effective teamwork are required. Key interfaces include guests, kitchen, front office, and management. Core competencies: clear communication, resilience, accountability, sound judgment, and a commitment to continuous learning.
