Job Description

We are seeking a State Coordinator to plan, organize, and oversee educational events across the state. The role includes supervising district coordinators and field teams, securing permissions from schools and institutions, managing logistics, vendors, and material distribution, tracking attendance and performance, conducting field visits, resolving on-site issues, and reporting weekly and monthly to headquarters.

• Qualifications: degree in any discipline; 1–5 years of event coordination or outreach experience; strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within the state and for PAN India events; two‑wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Full‑time role; salary ₹25,00–₹30,00/year plus travel allowance and performance incentives; cell phone reimbursement provided. Work hours align with school/college schedules and event timings.
