Job Description
B Kandhari seeks a Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional to manage buying, selling, and leasing of premium residential and commercial properties in Bandra West. Duties include conducting site visits and valuations, negotiating and closing high‑value deals, cultivating relationships with HNWI/UHNWI, developers and partners, and tracking luxury market trends.
- Requirements: 1.5+ years in real estate broking (luxury preferred); proven high‑value sales and negotiation record; discretion with HNWI/UHNWI; excellent English communication and presentation; CRM and MS Office proficiency; Bachelor’s degree.
- Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent. Salary: ₹40,00–₹70,00/month. Benefits: cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time. Work location: In person.
