Job Description

We are seeking a Last Mile and Quick Commerce Operations Specialist to optimize high-velocity delivery operations. In this role you will oversee route planning, coordinate with delivery partners, and monitor real-time performance to ensure punctual deliveries and strong customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include tracking KPIs, accelerating fulfillment cycles, diagnosing and resolving operational issues, and collaborating closely with warehouse and logistics teams. The ideal candidate has at least two years’ experience in last-mile or quick-commerce operations, proficiency with delivery management systems, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure with meticulous attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
