Job Description
TRANSPARIAN CONSULTANCY seeks a Customer Retention Executive. Candidates must be graduates with 0–2 years’ experience, possess strong Hindi and English communication skills, sound reasoning, and sales aptitude. Prior outbound sales or insurance exposure is preferred.
- Employment: Full-time, on-site
- Shifts: Rotational, 9:30 AM–7:00 PM; 5-day week with two rotational weekends off
- Compensation: Freshers 2.10 LPA (~₹12,500 in-hand); experienced up to 3.79 LPA (~₹27,00 in-hand); monthly pay ₹12,500–₹20,00
- Benefits: Health insurance and provident fund
