Job Description

We seek a Conversational Banking Agent to deliver prompt, professional customer support via chat, messaging apps, and voice. You will resolve account inquiries, process routine transactions, perform KYC verification, escalate complex issues, and recommend appropriate banking products. Use CRM and conversational platforms to record interactions accurately and uphold security and regulatory standards.
