Job Description

We seek an experienced Production In-Charge to lead daily garment production, enforce quality control, and ensure on-time delivery. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, overseeing processes from sampling to shipment, coordinating with merchandising, applying fabric and color expertise, and maintaining production reports in Excel.

• Minimum 5 years’ production management experience in textiles/garments
• Strong organizational skills, persistent follow-up, merchandising and fabric knowledge, Excel proficiency
• Full-time, in-person role; committed to long-term employment; residence within a 30–45 minute commute
