We are seeking a detail-oriented General Insurance Operations Executive to manage daily policy administration, claims processing, and client support within our insurance operations team. The role requires accurate policy issuance and endorsements, effective coordination with underwriters and claims personnel, adherence to regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement of operational workflows.
- Responsibilities: Policy issuance and endorsements, claims coordination, record maintenance, compliance monitoring, and process optimization.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 2 years in general insurance operations, strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency with insurance systems and MS Office, and ability to perform under deadlines.
