Job Description
REFLECTIONZ is seeking Site Supervisors for civil construction projects in Ernakulam. This is a full-time, on-site position offering ₹10,00–₹18,00 per month and health insurance benefits.
Candidates should have a minimum of one year of site supervision experience; freshers may also apply. Local candidates are preferred; no accommodation is provided for outstation hires.
- Supervise daily site operations and enforce safety compliance
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
- Monitor progress, maintain records, and report project status
