Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive with Tally ERP experience to provide timely accounting assistance and resolve client inquiries. You will manage invoices, post ledger entries, perform reconciliations, and troubleshoot Tally software issues to ensure accurate financial records and excellent client service.
- Requirements: 1–3 years of Tally ERP experience, basic accounting knowledge, strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus.
