Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Executive to join a client of SureEvents. The role involves managing reservations and bookings via PMS/ERP systems (TouchQ or similar), overseeing inventory and rate maintenance, coordinating guest communication and pre‑arrival arrangements, and processing confirmations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Requirements: experience in reservation handling, PMS/ERP proficiency, strong guest communication, inventory and rate management, MS Office (Excel), and excellent attention to detail.
- Employment: full-time, permanent, on-site. Salary: ₹18,00–₹30,00 per month.
- Benefits: meals provided, health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund. No placement fees charged at any stage of recruitment.
