Job Description
INSIGHT PUBLICA seeks a full-time Book Designer with proven experience in pagination, interior layout, and cover design for both print and eBook formats. The designer will create paginated interiors using paragraph and character styles, master pages, headers/footers, and tables of contents; ensure correct margins, bleeds, gutters, and trim sizes; and produce print-ready covers (front, spine, back).
- Prepare files for print and digital platforms; export PDF/X and provide editable source files.
- Requirements: advanced Adobe InDesign skills, strong layout and cover portfolio, knowledge of publishing and print standards, and excellent attention to detail.
- On-site position. Compensation: ₹9,005.95–₹41,774.21 per month.
