Job Description
Advance Decorative Laminates seeks an experienced Area Sales Incharge (4–7 years) for a full-time, on-site role based in Bhatinda or Panipat. Compensation: 3–5 lacs P.A.
The incumbent will develop and execute regional marketing strategies, drive brand awareness and demand generation, manage channel and OEM relationships, and lead sales engagement with architects, builders, and dealers. Key duties include monitoring regional performance, nurturing partner relationships, and achieving growth against targets.
