Job Description
Varun Beverages seeks a proactive Store Executive to manage daily store operations, inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales performance. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail or FMCG store management experience, strong customer-service orientation, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Supervise store staff, coordinate deliveries, and ensure stock accuracy.
- Implement visual merchandising and maintain planogram standards.
- Prepare timely sales and inventory reports and resolve operational issues with a hands-on approach.
- Required: good communication, basic computer skills, problem-solving attitude; flexible hours as needed.
