Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Commis Chef to prepare menu items to established standards and support the Chef de Partie and senior kitchen staff. Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen hygiene, adhering to food safety procedures, receiving and storing supplies, controlling portions to minimize waste, and performing reliably under pressure.

• Basic culinary knowledge and strong teamwork skills
• Flexible availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Hotel Management or Culinary Arts certificate preferred
• In-person role; salary ₹12,00–15,00 per month
