Job Description
Nexstay Hotels & Resorts seeks a professional Front Office Trainee to join our team. This full-time, in-person role involves welcoming guests, managing check-in/check-out, providing information on hotel services and local attractions, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments. Trainee will learn PMS operations, manage room keys and guest profiles, assist with reservations, billing and cash handling, and prepare daily reports in accordance with SOPs. Maintain a clean, organized front desk and ensure accurate account posting and internal communications. Monthly compensation ₹8,00–₹13,00; meals provided. Ideal for candidates eager to develop comprehensive front office skills in a professional hospitality environment.
