Job Description
We seek a motivated Tele Counselor with 6–24 months of telecalling and sales experience (ed‑tech preferred). An MBA/PGDBM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management is desirable. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is required.
- Conduct outbound calls, explain courses and career outcomes, convert inquiries to walk‑ins, and nurture leads.
- Meet calling and conversion targets and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
- Key skills: sales and negotiation, lead conversion, effective communication, and presentation.
