Job Description
Roots Multiclean (RMCL-FAC) is seeking a Manufacturing Associate based in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, India. Opening Date: December 16, 2025. Join our production team to develop and stabilize processes for injection-molded and die-cast components.
- Lead product development and provide input to mold/tool design.
- Select materials, optimize processing parameters, and improve production yield.
- Troubleshoot quality issues and coordinate with QA and suppliers to resolve nonconformances.
The successful candidate will have polymer industry experience in injection molding and die casting, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of plastic and die-cast material properties to drive continuous improvement.
