Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Service Supervisor to lead in-person service teams (stewards, servers, trainees) and ensure outstanding guest experiences. The role requires supervising shifts, accurate order-taking, coordination with kitchen and bar, and maintaining service standards, hygiene, grooming, restaurant ambience, and table setups.
- Conduct daily briefings, assign duties, monitor service flow, and manage KOT/POS and billing support as needed.
- Drive upselling, promote specials, train and mentor staff, enforce SOPs, and manage service stock and replenishment.
- Requirements: strong leadership, clear communication, menu knowledge, upselling and problem-solving skills, basic POS proficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-time, permanent. Salary: ₹20,00–₹25,00/month. Benefit: food provided.
