Job Description
Code7 seeks a full-time Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students on course selection and career paths. You will handle walk-ins, calls and online inquiries, convert leads into admissions with timely follow-ups, explain course details, fees and placement support, and maintain admission records to assist onboarding. Required: strong communication in English and Malayalam, basic computer skills, and excellent interpersonal and persuasive abilities. Work is in-person at Code7. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused and target-driven.
