Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Relation Executive to manage and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, handle inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. You will coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues, maintain customer records and update CRM systems, follow up to ensure service quality, and support sales and marketing in engagement activities. This is a full-time, permanent, in-person role. Salary: ₹12,00–₹18,00 per month. Benefits include health insurance and provident fund. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and CRM experience preferred.
