Job Description
Vanshika Lifespaces seeks a Pre-Sales Executive to make outbound calls, present and promote apartments, manage leads, record all interactions in CRM, and arrange project visits. Location: Uttarahalli Manavarthe Kaval, Off Kanakapura Road, Bangalore (near Silk Institute metro). Requirements: 2–3 years in real estate, any graduate, age 20–40, fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi. Salary ₹30,00–₹40,00 + performance incentives.
