Job Description
Tek-Ruiters Consulting hires a Talent Acquisition to join our offshore recruitment team supporting U.S. and Canada. Ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year IT/non‑IT recruitment experience. Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, ATS pipelines, and advising hiring managers on market trends and salary benchmarks. Must have strong English, organization and interpersonal skills; willing to relocate onsite in Noida (Delhi NCR) and work North American night shifts. Full‑time permanent; pay ₹15,00–20,00/month. Benefits: meals provided, paid sick leave, and paid time off.
