Job Description
Join our team at Star Media Network Private Limited as a Customer Relationship Executive! This position requires proficiency in Telugu and English.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Client Handling: Interacting with clients in person and over phone, explaining services and resolving issues.
- Client Servicing: Maintaining formal relationships and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Data Entry: Accurately maintaining client data.
- Calling: Reaching out to new clients and following up on leads.
- Reporting: Submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports punctually.
