Job Description
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counsellor to join our team. The counsellor will be responsible for guiding students in selecting the right banking courses, understanding their career goals, and assisting them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about various Banking and Government exam courses.
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries effectively.
- Assist students in course selection, enrolment, and fee-related queries.
- Maintain follow-ups with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Conduct orientation sessions and participate in student awareness activities.
- Coordinate with faculty and management to ensure student satisfaction.
- Maintain student records and provide feedback to improve services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience of counselling or sales will be preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Strong understanding of Banking exam patterns (IBPS, SBI, RBI, etc.) is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills and a student-first attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹195,00.00 – ₹300,00.00 per year
