Job Description
Tech Mahindra Ltd. located in Malad, Mumbai is excited to announce an opening for the position of UK Chat Process Representative.
Eligibility: Candidates must have an HSC or Graduate degree with at least 6 months of INTERNATIONAL BPO (Voice) experience, or an SSC degree with a minimum of 1 year of INTERNATIONAL BPO experience. Previous employees are welcome to apply, subject to eligibility.
Responsibilities: Provide effective customer service for UK clients, ensuring excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Location: Mumbai, Malad (W) | Hours: Flexible shifts available.
Salary: ₹19,002.67 – ₹25,079.48 per month, plus performance incentives and overtime pay.
