Roles and Responsibilities:
- File and register documents.
- Prepare and file forms with ROC.
- Draft agendas, resolutions, and papers for meetings.
- Knowledge of XBRL filing required.
- Draft and review legal agreements.
- Maintain statutory books and minutes.
- Support other departments as assigned.
Qualifications: Qualified Company Secretary with ICSI certification, familiar with company laws, proficient in Microsoft Office, and detail-oriented.
Pay: ₹30,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month
Experience: 1 year preferred
Languages: Hindi and English preferred
