Job Description
Hewlett Packard is seeking an experienced Regional Legal Counsel to apply intermediate-level legal knowledge to resolve common business issues. The ideal candidate will analyze moderately complex problems, provide informed input on projects, and follow established guidelines while making recommendations.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing legal advice for commercial transactions, contracts, and program review.
- Developing legal awareness training for clients.
- Analyzing and resolving local legal issues.
Qualifications:
- Advanced law degree (JD or LLB) and local legal license.
- 2-6 years of commercial legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of laws and effective legal communication skills.
