Cargosol is seeking a dedicated Import Customer Service & Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, handle documentation, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
Qualifications include a graduation in any stream and 3-5 years of experience in sea and air import documentation. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi, along with MS Office skills, is required. Experience in logistics is preferred.
