Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Service Officer – Emerging Markets. As a Service Delivery Officer, you will be responsible for handling personalized service requests from customers and generating timely business MIS reports. Your role will also require strict adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements specific to our customer segment.
You will coordinate with CPC, RPC, and Investment desks to facilitate account openings and manage customer complaints, ensuring resolutions are provided within the turnaround time (TAT).
