Job Description
Location: Perungudi, Chennai
Experience Required: 1-3 Years
Shift Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Night Shift)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Fluency in English: Mandatory
Industry Experience: International Voice Process, Medical Calling, Health Care (US & UK Clients)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls for international clients.
- Provide assistance with medical queries and healthcare information.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
