Job Description
A&A Infotech Solutions, a non-voice BPO located in Trivandrum, is dedicated to addressing the business needs of our US clients. We are currently inviting motivated and enthusiastic individuals from Kerala to apply for the position of Client Relation Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture daily client relationships.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
- Basic English writing skills.
- Proficient in email communication and MS Office.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Must be a resident of Trivandrum.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation: Starting salary of ₹10,00 per month, along with benefits including overtime pay.
Location: Hybrid remote in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
Requirements
