Job Description
A26 Flourish Cafe Private Limited seeks a skilled Barista or Senior Barista to prepare exceptional espresso and manual brews and to provide warm, professional customer service. Duties include ensuring consistent taste and presentation, operating the POS, maintaining bar and café cleanliness, managing stock and daily prep, adhering to hygiene standards and SOPs, and (for Senior) mentoring junior staff and performing equipment calibration.
- Barista: 6 months–2 years café experience
- Senior Barista: 2–4 years; technical, leadership, and calibration skills
- Full-time, permanent; on-site role
- Salary: ₹20,00–₹25,00/month; benefits: health & life insurance, leave encashment
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
