Job Description
Location: Kakkanad
Abj Associates is seeking an experienced Tele Caller to join our IT division. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills, a relevant degree, and a proven track record in customer interaction. Experience in IT or BPO is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate calls to promote our IT products and services.
- Professionally manage inbound customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate with at least 2 years of experience.
- Fluency in English is essential.
