As a Network & Services Operations Representative, you will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and managing telecommunications network elements. Your role encompasses overseeing the lifecycle of elements, managing back-office data, and facilitating customer activations. A proactive problem-solver, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to assist in troubleshooting network issues.
Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations.
