Job Description
Access Infotrendz is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Feedback & Relations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for digitally collecting feedback from every patient upon discharge, ensuring that our services are accessible in multiple languages to enhance the overall patient experience.
Your key responsibilities will include generating monthly performance reports by department, identifying areas for improvement, and playing a significant role in enhancing our hospital’s reputation. Additionally, you will effectively map the patient discharge workflow.
This position is part-time and open to fresh graduates.
Compensation: ₹10,00.00 – ₹12,00.00 per month.
Expected hours: 30.00 per week.
Work Location: In-person.
