Job Description
ACCOR seeks a Stewarding Executive to lead the stewarding team and uphold exemplary sanitation, equipment care, and inventory control. The role supervises and trains stewards, delegates daily tasks, and manages cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and dishwashing areas.
- Oversee stock of cutlery, glassware, and cleaning supplies; maintain accurate inventory.
- Enforce food safety and workplace health and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with chefs and managers to support smooth service flow.
- Supervise equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
Strong leadership, attention to detail, and operational coordination are essential.
