Job Description

We are seeking a Stores Assistant to support inventory control and efficient storeroom operations. The role ensures correct storage, temperature control, and adherence to shelf-life and HACCP requirements. The assistant will authorize issuance of goods only with proper requisitions and signatures, maintain accurate records, and report matters affecting the hotel.

• Collaborate with departments to ensure timely supply and minimize wastage or pilferage.
• Assist in stock reviews, identify slow-moving items, and recommend appropriate inventory levels.
• Maintain storeroom security, perform expiry checks, manage spoilage reports, and complete related administrative tasks.
