Job Description
Acsys International Limited is on the lookout for a committed Admin Executive to oversee the reception area and facilitate effective communication both within our team and with our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock lists, ordering office supplies, and creating a welcoming environment for visitors.
Additionally, you will supervise office maintenance, serve as a primary contact for clients, and support management with various requests and inquiries. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
