ADVANTAGE INFRABUILD is seeking a dedicated Hindi Call Center Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to address client needs and concerns.
• Providing prompt and efficient responses to callers, ensuring they feel supported.
• Practicing active listening skills to resolve issues effectively, including managing frustrated clients.
• Establishing and maintaining lasting relationships based on trust and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹9,951.39 – ₹17,872.06 per month | Benefits: Provident Fund, performance bonuses.
