Job Description
AGS HEALTH PRIVATE LIMITED is in search of a committed Debt Collector to streamline the process of recovering overdue payments while maintaining effective communication with debtors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, negotiating payment terms, and addressing inquiries from customers. This position may also require the initiation of legal proceedings when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage outstanding debts.
- Engage debtors to establish repayment arrangements.
- Negotiate payment plans and obtain extensions as needed.
- Address questions and resolve complaints from debtors.
