Job Description
AHRC Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled South Indian Cook to prepare authentic dishes such as idli, dosa, vada, upma, pongal, sambar, rasam, chutneys, traditional meals and breakfasts. The cook will ensure consistent taste, quality and presentation; oversee daily operations of the South Indian section; maintain hygiene, cleanliness and FSSAI compliance; monitor ingredient stocks and assist with inventory; and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Requirements: minimum 2 years’ experience preferred, strong knowledge of spices and traditional techniques, ability to manage bulk cooking and peak periods, safe use of kitchen equipment, excellent time management and multitasking skills. Position is full-time, permanent, and in-person. Salary: ₹20,00–₹30,00/month.
