Job Description
AIT Global Inc. seeks an experienced US Recruiter (4–8 years) for an onsite, full‑time permanent role in Kharadi. This position operates a US fixed shift (7:30 PM–4:30 AM IST) and manages end‑to‑end recruitment across IT, Engineering, DOD‑Federal, and Healthcare within MSP/VMS models.
- Source candidates via headhunting, job portals, and advanced Boolean searches; maintain ATS and candidate databases.
- Ensure US visa/work‑authorization compliance (H‑1B, TN, Green Card, OPT/CPT, W‑2); conduct screening, negotiate offers, and coordinate onboarding.
- Strong communication, negotiation, multitasking skills and prior US staffing experience with direct clients required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
