Job Description
AJ Skill Development Academy is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to enhance our dynamic team in Thoraipakkam, OMR Chennai.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Requirements: A degree (excluding engineering candidates) and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
In this role, you will handle support tickets, provide assistance to trainees via phone, email, and chat, and aid in troubleshooting fundamental technical issues related to Salesforce.
Salary: ₹18,00.00 – ₹250,00.00 per month, commensurate with experience.
