Job Description
The AK Institute of Ophthalmology (AKIO) is looking for a dedicated Patient Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting patients, coordinating appointment scheduling, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Applicants should possess a graduate degree and have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a hospital or clinic setting; however, we will consider recent graduates with strong communication skills. Proficiency in hospital management software is also required.
