Job Description
AKS Fintech Pvt Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Executive for our Airline division. We invite passionate candidates with 1-2 years of calling experience or enthusiastic freshers who possess exceptional communication skills.
This full-time role requires flexible availability for 24/7 rotational shifts, operating Monday through Saturday. Responsibilities include managing inbound calls, assisting customers with flight bookings and cancellations, addressing complaints, and providing comprehensive information about flights and services.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred. Please be aware that we do not offer cab services.
The salary range for this position is ₹20,00.00 – ₹28,00.00 per month.
