Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Executive to deliver first and second level technical support to our users, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for logging, tracking, and resolving incidents in accordance with SLA timelines. Unresolved issues will be escalated appropriately, while maintaining comprehensive incident records and generating reports.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Compensation: ₹10,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in help desk support preferred
Language: Proficiency in English preferred
Certification: ITIL Certification preferred
