Job Description
Allobr LLC is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bench Sales Recruiter with a strong understanding of the US IT Industry and Education systems to support our client’s needs. This full-time position requires a success-driven individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Your responsibilities will include handling IT requirements from US-based clients, sourcing and screening potential candidates, and managing negotiations and paperwork for closed candidates. Strong rapport-building and technical skills are essential.
Pay ranges from ₹25,00.00 to ₹50,00.00 per month, with benefits including health insurance and a provident fund. We offer a night shift schedule and performance bonuses.
